Role Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) leads end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia and serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This role drives hiring strategies, builds strong talent pipelines, and supports APAC sourcing initiatives to meet current and future talent needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver full-cycle recruitment across Malaysia.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, competitor activity, and candidate availability.
• Develop and execute sourcing and attraction strategies to strengthen employer branding and talent outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Lead or support talent acquisition projects that improve recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Leverage recruitment analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive hiring outcomes.
  

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience in agency, RPO, or in-house environments.
• Exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, social platforms, and advanced search techniques.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and hiring campaigns effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.

• Proven success in building talent pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
• Familiarity with talent sourcing tools commonly used across APAC markets.
