Role Overview

One of our clients is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day delivery of marketing projects across multiple client accounts. You’ll coordinate with clients, freelancers, designers, developers, and the internal team to make sure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client accounts and marketing projects at the same time.
• Plan and manage project timelines, priorities, and resources using ClickUp.
• Coordinate with clients, freelancers, and internal team members.
• Prepare briefs, track deliverables, and follow up on deadlines.
• Manage client communication, including status updates and feedback.
• Support content production, including video and graphic content.
• Set up and monitor basic Meta and Google Ads campaigns and reports.
• Coordinate influencer and UGC campaigns.
• Coordinate Shopify and WordPress updates, landing pages, and website projects.
• Coordinate design, print, and production work.
• Identify potential delays or capacity issues early and communicate them clearly.

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency, client services, or similar environment.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
• Confident communicating with clients and strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with freelancers or external vendors is a plus.
• Willing to travel to Singapore approximately once a month, with expenses covered
