1. Human Resource & Foreign Worker Administration
Provide support in recruitment activities, including coordination and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support payroll, leave administration, and attendance tracking
Administer foreign worker matters, including work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, quota and levy monitoring
Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and ensure compliance with all applicable employment and foreign worker regulations
2. Administrative Duties
Support daily administrative operations and office coordination
Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation
Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and general office matters
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
Coordinate with outlets and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment
3. Accounts & Inventory Support
Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including data entry for invoices and expenses
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Prepare and organise financial documents for reporting and audit purposes
Assist in monitoring stock levels and maintaining inventory records
Support stock ordering, reconciliation, and periodic stock takes
Flag discrepancies and assist in inventory tracking and reporting
Liaise with external accountants, suppliers, and relevant parties as required
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: Half-day (e.g. 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Requirements
Preferably with Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Experience handling work permits and MOM submissions,
Familiar with Singapore foreign worker regulations (Work Permit, quota, levy, etc.)
Familiar with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and HR software (e.g. InfoTech)

Each studio offers services namely Facial treatments under Sothys, Exuriance, Eyebrows Embiodery under BrowArt Asia, Wellness programmes including spa and related services.
