You will receive structured training, mentorship, and support, including a commission-based structure with a basic allowance. This role is perfect for those looking for a career that combines work-life balance with the potential to earn based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage in sales and consulting for individuals and businesses.
• Provide financial advice and create customised solutions for clients.
• Benefit from one-on-one mentorship and sales supervision to help grow your career.
• Receive initial marketing support to help jump-start your sales journey.

Remuneration:

• Basic allowance plus commission (performance-based earnings).
• Structured career development program with minimum 24 months of one-on-one mentorship.

Requirements:

• Local Diploma or higher (Degree holders welcome to apply).
• Residing in Singapore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a sales-driven environment and accept a commission-based role.
