Job Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business opportunities within Government and Public Sector accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, key decision-makers and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and client engagement to tender/RFP submission, negotiation and closing.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Manage and follow up on government tenders, RFPs and procurement processes.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver suitable solutions to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and sales performance.
• Prepare regular sales updates, pipeline reports and forecasts for management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in B2G Sales / Business Development, preferably with Government or Public Sector accounts.
• Experience in government tenders, RFPs and procurement processes is required.
• Background in Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Managed Mobility Solutions or Enterprise IT will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the Government sales and procurement cycle.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
