WE ARE HIRING: SALES MANAGER – REACTIVE

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time

Open to: Singapore Citizens / Singapore PR / Existing EP holders

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Reactive to join a well-established hospitality organization in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and ensure timely response to assigned sales leads

• Drive strong conversion of corporate sales leads

• Achieve sales targets and goals set by management

• Conduct sales activities, including follow-up calls and hotel site inspections

• Manage new bookings and existing business blocks in Opera

• Work closely with the Conference & Event Services team to ensure smooth execution of events

• Handle other duties and projects assigned by the Director of Sales and/or Senior Director of Sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE “A” Level or Diploma qualification

• At least 2 years of relevant hotel industry experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera system

• Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Multicultural awareness with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements

• Able to make decisions independently

• Self-motivated, energetic and results-oriented
