Responsibilities:
Provide professional and high-quality massage, foot reflexology and body treatment services to customers.
Ensure excellent and consistent customer service throughout the treatment experience.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness services.
Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene and professional conduct.
Build good relationships with customers and provide a pleasant and comfortable treatment experience.
Support the outlet in achieving customer service and sales targets.
Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene of the treatment rooms and work areas.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, Foot Reflexologist, Beautician or in a related wellness industry.
Professional, customer-service oriented and sales-driven.
Well-groomed, pleasant and positive personality.
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A good team player who is willing to support colleagues and the outlet.
Knowledge of skincare, health and wellness products/services will be an advantage.
Candidates with relevant massage/foot reflexology qualifications or certifications are preferred.
