Duties and Responsibilities
:
1) Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
2) Conduct weekly meeting with production and engineering department on production schedule.
3) Book machine capacity based on forecast from sales department and prepare overall capacity chart.
4) Coordinate internally on order prioritization according to delivery schedule.
5) Identify and address any issues that may arise during production with relevant departments.
6) Any other duties that is assigned by superior as and when it is required.
Requirements:
1) Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical engineering or related discipline.
2) Able to interpret BOM & Drawing.
3) Good knowledge on process operation sequence.
4) Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
5) Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
