We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee Programme.

This role is designed for candidates who want to build a career in retail operations and management while gaining hands-on experience across different areas of the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and support daily retail outlet operations.
• Assist in sales, customer service and store management.
• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory control and stock counting.
• Gain exposure to purchasing, warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Assist in preparing sales and operational reports.
• Support merchandising and store presentation.
• Participate in Back-to-School preparation and peak-season operations.
• Assist in staff coordination and operational problem-solving.
• Participate in company projects and new outlet setup.
• Take on greater management responsibilities as training progresses.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Willing to learn and work hands-on in retail operations.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets is an advantage.
• Willing to work during weekends or peak retail periods when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
