Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly used and maintained.

Requirements:

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel Provided)
• Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a kitchen or hotel environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
