Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site to ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Review construction drawings and provide technical support to resolve site issues.
Monitor work progress, quality, and site safety requirements.
Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with project specifications and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain site documentation, progress reports, inspection records, and technical submissions.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, material coordination, and manpower allocation.
Identify and resolve construction issues in a timely manner.
Support the Project Manager/Construction Manager in ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of site engineering experience, preferably with an A1 main contractor.
Good knowledge of construction processes, technical drawings, and site coordination.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site activities.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements is an advantage.
