Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a
Duty Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth event execution, and maintain high service standards.
You will lead shift operations, coordinate manpower, manage customer and stakeholder relationships, resolve operational issues, and take charge during incidents or emergencies.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations and shift manpower deployment.
Ensure service quality and operational excellence.
Handle customer feedback, escalations, and incident management.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and event organizers.
Conduct shift briefings, inspections, and operational reporting.
Coach frontline staff and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience managing operations in a relatively large and fast-paced environment, handling cross-functional coordination, customer escalations, and operational incidents.
Experience leading operational teams; event operations experience is an advantage.
