Position: Program Manager

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Mondays-Fridays)

Working Hours in MY time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and analytical Program Manager to drive operational excellence, cross-functional execution, and business cadence management across ANZ. The role partners with Product and Business Development teams to translate strategy into structured plans and ensure effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end programs, initiatives, and planning cycles, tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive weekly/monthly business reviews, planning forums, launch readiness, and governance activities.
  • Coordinate Product, Business Development, Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and global stakeholders.
  • Support annual/quarterly planning, financial inputs, forecasts, operating plans, dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
  • Prepare agendas, executive materials, action trackers, and business updates to support decision-making.
  • Identify process improvements and apply structured program management practices to improve execution quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field from a reputable university.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar Program Management, Business Operations, or related role.
  • Advanced MS Office, especially Excel, with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and drop-down list experience.
  • Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization experience preferred; certifications in Excel, BI, data analytics, or project management are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills; highly detail-oriented and structured.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM23,000.00 per month
