We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Executive who enjoys meeting and interacting with people. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you'll help create a warm and welcoming experience while assisting with enquiries and supporting smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Job scope:
Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Attend to enquiries and provide information on services

Handle incoming calls, messages and general enquiries

Manage appointments, bookings and schedules

Coordinate with internal teams to assist with client requests

Follow up on client enquiries and appointments when required

Maintain accurate client and appointment records

Handle basic administrative and front desk duties

Assist in resolving client concerns professionally

Ensure the reception and client areas are well maintained

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, approachable and service-oriented

Comfortable interacting with clients from different backgrounds

Well-groomed and professional

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Prior customer service, retail, hospitality or front desk experience would be an advantage

Working Hours:
On-the-job training and guidance

5-day work week, Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
