The Live Host Moderator Assistant supports live streaming sessions by managing audience engagement, moderating comments, and assisting the live host in real-time. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication between the host and the audience, enhancing the overall viewing experience, and fostering a positive, interactive environment during live commerce events. The Moderator Assistant collaborates closely with the live host and production team to provide timely support and handle any issues that may arise during live sessions.

Job Objectives:

• Facilitate Audience Engagement: Engage with the audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and keeping conversations positive and on-topic.
• Support the Live Host in Real-Time: Provide seamless support to the host, including managing technical issues or questions that arise during the session.
• Maintain a Positive Streaming Environment: Ensure all interactions meet brand guidelines and maintain a positive, professional tone in the live chat.

Requirements:

• Experience with social media or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Familiarity with live-streaming tools and comment moderation.
• Personal Attributes: Patient, responsive, organized, and team-oriented. Ability to adapt quickly and provide solutions during fast-paced live events.

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
