Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure project alignment and deliver seamless service experience. The ideal candidate will participate actively in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through testing and user training, while ensuring adherence to IT standards such as security and SDLC frameworks. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly desirable to support digital content management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate regularly with business units to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project goals and overall service experience.
• Actively participate as a core member of project teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget and comply with internal processes and standards including IT security and SDLC.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate design discussions, and contribute to System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation to support transparency and compliance.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including software architects, vendors and business users to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify, manage and resolve complex issues early to prevent escalation and minimize project risks.
• Stay informed about emerging technology trends, industry disruptions and innovations to support continuous business improvement.
• Utilize experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support content management and digital experience projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT project environments.
• Solid understanding of SDLC frameworks, IT security standards and project management principles.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
