About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to understand customers’ procurement processes and translate their needs into practical Procurehere solutions. You will work with customers and our Sales, Delivery, Technology and QA teams from early discovery through requirements approval and implementation handover.

What you will do

• Lead discussions with prospective and existing customers to understand their processes, challenges and desired outcomes.
• Map current and proposed workflows, assess how Procurehere meets each need, and identify configuration options, gaps and change requests.
• Prepare solution scope and functional inputs for proposals, demos and costing discussions.
• Document business and user requirements, workflows, business rules and acceptance criteria; review them with stakeholders for approval.
• Hand over approved requirements to Delivery, Technology and QA, answer functional questions and support testing and customer acceptance.
• Maintain requirements and fit-gap records, track changes to approved scope, and suggest improvements to analysis and handover practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or in a similar role involving enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, conducting fit-gap analysis and writing acceptance criteria.
• Ability to facilitate customer discussions and translate business needs into clear functional specifications for delivery and technical teams.
• Familiarity with procurement processes such as RFQ, RFP, eTender, supplier management, purchasing or contract management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
