Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations and retail staff.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, sizing and styling.
• Train, guide and motivate sales assistants to improve performance.
• Manage staff attendance, shift duties and daily task allocation.
• Operate and monitor POS system, cash handling and payment transactions.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, refunds and exchanges according to company policy.
• Receive, organize, replenish and monitor merchandise and stock levels.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with stocktake and inventory checks.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods and missing items.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and well-presented sales floor.
• Ensure clothing is properly folded, hung, displayed and replenished.
• Maintain visual merchandising, promotional displays and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure fitting rooms, cashier area and overall store are clean and organized.
• Monitor store security, cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Prepare daily sales, stock, attendance and incident reports when required.
• Ensure all staff follow company SOPs, policies and service standards.
• Assist with promotions, new product launches, online orders and other retail activities.
• Report operational issues, maintenance problems and important incidents to management.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Retail or fashion industry experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented with good product knowledge.
• Responsible, honest, punctual and well-organized.
• Able to lead, motivate and work well with a team.
• Able to work independently and handle busy retail periods.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
