Job Description
Food Preparation & Cooking: Oversee assigned station (e.g., grill, sauté, cold prep). Prepare and present dishes according to standard recipes, temperatures, and quality guidelines.
Station Operations: Work closely with the culinary team during peak periods to ensure smooth service and timely ticket completion.
Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to HACCP food safety, health, and sanitation standards. Perform daily cleaning tasks and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor stock levels at your station and report equipment issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Any other duties as assigned
