Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met whilst fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
Able to operate the machines (metal stamping, bending, lathe and milling machines) and provide training to operator
Manage and coordinate production activities, optimising workflow and resource allocation
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet product specifications
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet targets
Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes
Other ad hoc general production matters
Job Requirements:
Must have HANDS-ON experience to operate machines
Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
Strong knowledge of production processes, and quality control method
