Job Description

• Manage department calendars, meeting arrangements, and room bookings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, visa applications, transportation, and accommodation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain departmental records, documentation, and filing systems

Qualifications

Education level / Training
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Managemen or related disciplines.

Experience (type of)
Minimum 2-5 years of administrative, office management, executive support, or coordination experience
