Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Security Receptionist to support a premium corporate office environment in Singapore.

As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and guests, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming workplace while ensuring smooth day-to-day reception and security operations. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with security, administration, and incident response duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist employees, visitors, contractors, and guests professionally
• Manage visitor registration, access control procedures, and visitor badge issuance
• Maintain a security-first mindset and ensure compliance with site security protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive visitor experience
• Respond to workplace incidents and prepare accurate incident reports
• Conduct routine security and safety inspections
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, building management, and external service providers
• Assist with mail handling, deliveries, and administrative support duties
• Maintain professional standards of appearance, conduct, and confidentiality

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Operations, Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administrative roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Experience in a corporate office or high-security setting is advantageous
