Job Descriptions

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join a global, high‑performance Network Operations Center supporting latency‑sensitive trading platforms. This is a hands‑on operational engineering role focused on network reliability, real‑time monitoring, customer connectivity, and rapid incident response across a distributed global environment.
• The role combines deep networking fundamentals with modern automation and AI‑assisted tooling. You will act as a senior escalation point, work closely with internal engineering teams and external customers, and contribute to the evolution of a software‑driven, intelligence‑enabled NOC through Python, API‑based automation, and AI tooling.
• Engineer, onboard, and support customer network connectivity across global data centers
• Monitor and troubleshoot real‑time network and trading infrastructure issues
• Lead escalation and advanced troubleshooting for complex incidents
• Develop and maintain automation and AI‑assisted operational tooling
• Perform packet‑level analysis for market data and connectivity investigations
