Job Summary
You will deliver a variety of beauty treatments, assist clients in choosing suitable products and services, maintain a sanitized and organized workspace, and build strong client relationships while keeping current with industry trends.
Responsibilities
Perform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, to meet client needs
Advise clients on selecting appropriate beauty products and services to enhance their experience
Maintain a clean, organized work environment by properly sanitizing all equipment and tools
Continuously update knowledge of the latest beauty industry trends and techniques to improve service quality
Deliver exceptional customer service to build and sustain strong client relationships
Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to a fast-paced salon environment
Required competencies and certifications
Hold relevant qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy or a related field
Demonstrate at least 1 years of experience working as a beautician in a salon
Exhibit strong customer service skills to provide personalized client experiences
Maintain excellent attention to detail and uphold high standards of hygiene and safety
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
