Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and update basic HR documentation using Google Workspace and shared drives.
• Support payroll and benefits administration by gathering timesheets and verifying attendance records.
• Help manage simple HR reporting, prepare headcount trackers and present data in clear Excel sheets.
• Assist with office administration tasks that keep HR processes running smoothly.

Talent Acquisition

• Write and post job adverts, screen incoming CVs and flag strong candidates for the recruitment team.
• Coordinate interview schedules, send candidate communications and collect interview feedback.
• Manage applicant tracking updates and organise candidate folders so hiring stays efficient.
• Help run basic assessments and reference checks under guidance from HR staff.

Learning, Onboarding & Projects

• Create onboarding checklists, welcome packs and orientation materials that improve new hire experience.
• Support small HR improvement projects such as employee surveys and process checklists.
• Use generative tools like ChatGPT Integration and Claude Cowork to draft templates, FAQs and process notes with supervision.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 0 years of professional HR experience is expected, with enthusiasm to learn on the job.
• Available for the internship period and able to work weekday hours as agreed with the team.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and confident use of Microsoft Excel for trackers and simple reports.
• Experience or interest in ChatGPT Integration and Claude Cowork for drafting communications and templates.
• Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems or HR information systems is a plus.
• Comfortable managing digital files, calendars and structured document templates.
