Responsibilities

Engage potential customers by initiating conversations and building genuine connections to create sales opportunities
Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate brand solutions to drive sales growth
Use persuasive communication skills to convert prospects into customers without sounding “salesy”
Challenge yourself to improve personal sales performance and achieve targets consistently
Collaborate with a young, energetic team to bring positive energy to marketing campaigns
Adapt to a dynamic work environment by meeting new people daily and working outside a traditional desk setting
Develop confidence in public speaking and interpersonal communication to enhance customer engagement
Participate actively in campaigns that drive measurable business results and market presence
