We are currently hiring a Front Desk - Floater to represent Nimbus at our client offices and to support our business unit behind the scenes. Salary: $2,800 – $3,000/month
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Occasional flexibility required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, contractors and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Issue visitor access pass and ensure visitor registration procedures are followed according to building requirements.
Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, including arranging access passes and preparing workspace requirements to ensure smooth transitions.
Maintain a consistently high standard of professionalism and service in all client interactions including internal stakeholders.
Reception & Meeting Room Management
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and manage the main reception line.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure all rooms and reception areas are clean, tidy, and guest-ready at all times.
Administrative & General Ad-hoc Support
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide backup support to other team members as required.
Undertake any other duties, projects, or assignments that may arise from time to time.
Required Skills & Experience:
At least ‘N’/'O' Level certificate with approximately 2 years of relevant working experience in hospitality or service industry
Friendly, cheerful, energetic and empathetic, with strong interpersonal skills
Team player who can also work independently
Additional desirable traits: strong sense of responsibility, initiative, willingness to go beyond scope, openness to feedback, eagerness to learn and improve
