• Preferably from a creative agency background. 

Role Overview

The Senior Client Servicing (AM) plays a key leadership role within the client servicing team, bridging strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. This position requires a confident, proactive, and solutions-driven individual who can manage clients, guide internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and effectively.

The role also focuses on strengthening client relationships and maintaining project momentum. A Senior Client Servicing Executive is expected to demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and leadership while upholding the agency’s standards of service and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, trust-based partnerships.
• Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations, translating them into actionable project objectives.
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication to keep clients informed, engaged, and delighted.

1. Project Execution and Oversight

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring all deliverables align with agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with designers, writers, and other creative teams to deliver top-notch results aligned with client expectations.
• Identify potential risks early, providing solutions to keep projects on track and avoid disruptions.

1. Presentations, Reporting, and Feedback

• Develop and present engaging project updates, proposals, and final deliverables to clients.
• Lead client meetings, effectively communicating key milestones, progress, and results.
• Gather and incorporate client feedback into future project planning to ensure continuous improvement.
