Role Description

The Operations Assistant – Fleet Management & Logistics is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role supports daily fleet operations, including scheduling and dispatching electric vehicles, monitoring routes, and coordinating with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. The Operations Assistant assists in tracking and managing client relationships with regards to operation execution, , and updating operational systems to maintain data accuracy. The role involves communicating with internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues, provide status updates, and ensure service standards are met. The Operations Assistant also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, helping optimize logistics processes and support scalable, sustainable operations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Operations and Operations Management to support daily fleet and logistics activities.
• Analytical skills to interpret operational data, monitor performance metrics, and identify process improvements.
• Clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with drivers, internal teams, and customers.
• Customer Service orientation to handle inquiries, resolve delivery-related issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of logistics or transportation operations; experience in fleet management or last-mile delivery is an advantage.
• Proficiency with digital tools and spreadsheets for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
