young, driven and commercially minded Loan Officer / Relationship Manager
to join our team.
This is not a desk-bound administrative role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and expand your own network of clients, introducers and business contacts.
Identify and originate suitable loan opportunities through personal networking and professional relationships.
Meet prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and circumstances.
Assess loan applications and supporting documents.
Conduct credit assessment and make recommendations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Approve loans within the authorised limits and procedures.
Manage the loan process from application through disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business and referrals.
Monitor repayments and follow up on outstanding payments professionally.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Work closely with management to develop new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.

Diploma / Polytechnic qualification or above.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Results-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives.
