Key Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Cost Management: Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts from inception to final account settlement.
- Tender & Procurement: Lead procurement strategies, call for tenders, evaluate quotations, and prepare comprehensive tender reports and contract documentation.
- Contract Administration: Handle post-contract administration, including interim valuations, progress claims, variations (VO), and price fluctuations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.
- Compliance & Claims: Resolve contractual claims, disputes, and ensure adherence to statutory regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably within a reputable property development or large-scale construction firm.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills with deep knowledge of local contract forms (e.g., PAM, PWD) and construction costs.
