Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Coordinator (Quotation), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di VIC Engineering Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities :

• To control and monitor on the company’s literature for sales activities.
• Ensure fast and efficient communication with enquiry on client.
• To prepare Quotation to the respective customer.
• Ensure all the documents shall as customer’s PO, DO, Performa Invoice, Hydraulic Calculation, Drawing are specified in Project Info Form and filing at Completed File for record traceability.
• To complete assignable tasks from time to time as and when assigned.
• To report and provide feedback on the progress status of each job undertaken.
• To summarize weekly Quotation report.
• Ensure that Job Reference is updated promptly.

Requirements :

• Education: Diploma/Degree in any field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales coordinator
• IT Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Language Skills: Able to read, write and speak English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
