Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain precision grinding machines.
Perform surfaces / profile grinding and check wheel balancing.
Read, interpret and review drawings and specifications, computing dimensions and tolerances and verify machined parts conform to specifications.
Check finished parts before proceeding to the next manufacturing process/department.
Able to meet daily production targets.
Carry out 5S standards, proper housekeeping and maintenance of all the machines assigned on a daily basis.
Ensure general workplace safety.
Job Requirements:
NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent
With at least 2 years relevant working experience in operating Grinding Machines
Good knowledge in Milling and Grinding machines, GD&T
Independent and able to work under a fast pace environment
Able to do night shift jobs.
