WE ARE HIRING: TECHNICIAN – SEMICONDUCTOR

We are looking for Technicians to join the semiconductor & high-tech manufacturing industry in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,000 (Gross Salary: Up to RM3,500 – RM5,000+/month including OT & applicable allowances)
Working Days: Monday – Friday, Working Hours: Rotating Shift (AM & PM)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical, electrical & electro-mechanical assembly work
• Assemble modules, components, wiring & pneumatic systems according to work instructions
• Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, BOM & assembly instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches & basic measuring equipment
• Ensure completed assemblies meet quality & technical specifications
• Identify assembly defects, material issues or non-conformance and report accordingly
• Update production progress & work completion records
• Follow ESD, cleanroom, safety & quality procedures
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, SKM or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in assembly, production, manufacturing or technician-related work
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, automation or high-tech manufacturing is an advantage
• Able to use hand tools, power tools & basic measuring equipment
• Able to understand basic engineering drawings & work instructions
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shift depending on production requirements
• Candidates with around 6 months of current employment may also be considered
