Why this role exists

SilverLine builds a local-first AI "care brain" for eldercare at home - fall detection, daily-routine monitoring, voice care, family alerts - all private, running on a home node. The tech only matters if it's clinically trusted. We need someone who has spent their career making healthcare systems safe, compliant and quality-assured to own that side of the house while the engineering side gets built

What you'll own

* Safety & validation framework - design and run the validation programme for care-alert reliability (fall detection, emergency escalation): trial protocols, accuracy measurement, incident review, root-cause analysis. Bring clinical-grade rigour (PDSA, HFACS, audit methodology) to an AI product

* Regulatory & data governance - PDPA compliance for health data in the home, honest-safety-claims discipline, forward regulatory strategy (HSA medical-device adjacency, MOH/AIC ecosystem positioning)

* Pilot operations - coordinate pilot households and care-institution partners, run caregiver and elder interviews, own consent and dignity protocols as living documents

* Training & playbooks - caregiver/family onboarding guides, safety training, train pilot families

* Quality data & reporting - define pilot outcome metrics, run data collection, report to stakeholders and grant bodies

* Ecosystem & partnerships - represent SilverLine with healthcare institutions, community-care partners and grant programmes

Strong fit

* Registered nurse (current/recent practising cert), 8+ years spanning clinical practice and healthcare administration

* Deep clinical quality & patient safety experience - incident management, root-cause analysis, QI methodology, audits

* Regulatory fluency - MOH licensing/HCSA, compliance programmes, government stakeholder management

* Has developed and delivered training programmes

* Comfortable early-stage: ambiguous, fast, purpose-driven. No coding required - clinical judgement and operational rigour ARE the job

Nice to have

* Renal/dialysis or community/eldercare setting experience

* Health-tech / informatics / AI-in-care exposure

* Community-care (ILTC) network
