Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients, manage appointments, and update patient records.
• Assist doctor with basic procedures and consultations when needed.
• Take and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature).
• Dispense medication as prescribed and explain instructions to patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in consultation rooms, waiting areas, and treatment areas.
• Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and inform the team when stock is low.
• Handle payment collection and issuance of receipts, if assigned.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Observe proper infection control and clinic safety practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification; relevant experience or certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Able to perform basic clinical tasks (vital signs, medication dispensing, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on a locum basis (weekdays/weekends/public holidays based on roster).

Working Hours:

• As per locum schedule or clinic needs (half-day, shift-based).
• Flexibility to cover last-minute or emergency shifts is an advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM9.00 - RM12.00 per hour
