Role Description:

The Sales and Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Iskandar Puteri. In this role, the intern supports sales and marketing initiatives, including assisting with promotional campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and helping manage social media and digital engagement. Daily tasks may include coordinating with restaurant teams to gather content, supporting customer outreach, and tracking basic sales and marketing performance metrics. The intern will assist in customer engagement activities, participate in events or activations, and work closely with the team to strengthen brand visibility and guest loyalty. This role provides hands-on exposure to the F&B industry and opportunities to learn from experienced hospitality and marketing professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and team members.
• Customer Service skills focused on creating welcoming, positive, and consistent guest experiences.
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales, including supporting sales activities and learning basic sales techniques.
• Ability to assist in Training activities, such as supporting onboarding materials or learning sessions for team members.
• Basic understanding or interest in Sales Management concepts, such as tracking performance and supporting promotions.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced F&B environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Basic digital literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); social media familiarity is an advantage.
