Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities/accounts

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and key accounts
• Provide technical consultation and solution proposals to customers based on their requirements
• Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and cost breakdowns
• Support customers throughout the project lifecycle—from initial concept to mass production
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Participate in negotiations, contract discussions, and project execution planning
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in related fields.
• Proven track record of acquiring customers and closing commercially profitable deals.
• Experience leading and developing a sales or business development team.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and professional presentation capability.
• Inquisitive and analytical, with the ability to understand customer operations, identify potential risks and propose practical solutions.
