Job Responsibilities

• Ensure high equipment availability and minimize production downtime.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance (PM).
• Monitor PM effectiveness and improve equipment reliability.
• Manage critical spare parts and coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and productivity.
• Support new equipment installation, hook-up, qualification, and production readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely equipment setup and release.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in equipment maintenance or process engineering within IC Substrate, HDI-PCB, IC Packaging, Assembly, or related semiconductor industries.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, and Control Plan (CP).
• Familiar with project management and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays based on duty roster.

Pay: RM7,300.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
