Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand, drive customer engagement, and support our sales goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, market research, and campaign management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Partner Management
– Serve as the key operational contact for assigned BYD Lifestyle partners, managing enquiries, requests, promotional updates and ongoing relationship requirements.
Partnership Campaign Execution
– Coordinate and execute partner campaigns, promotions, customer privileges and marketing activities across BYD/DENZA customer touchpoints.
Event & Activation Coordination
– Support the planning and on-ground execution of partnership events, customer activations, launches and other collaborative marketing activities.
Contract & Renewal Coordination
– Maintain partnership records and coordinate agreements, renewals, documentation and internal approval processes with Legal, Procurement and other relevant stakeholders.
Partner Deliverables Tracking
– Monitor agreed deliverables and commitments from both BYD and partners, follow up on outstanding items and maintain an accurate partnership tracker.
Content, Reporting & Programme Administration
– Coordinate partner information and promotional updates for the BYD Lifestyle landing page and other communication channels, while preparing regular performance reports, partner updates and programme documentation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
Minimums 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology is highly desirable.
