Job Responsibilities :
Service Crew
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations upon request.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all orders are delivered correctly.
Maintain clean, tidy, and properly set-up tables and dining areas before and after service.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
Retail Assistant
Responsible for day-to-day retail operations.
Deliver high quality and standards of service to customers.
Proactively engaged and attend to walk-in customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide after-sales support, including assistance with repair-related matters
Perform cashiering duties.
Key Requirement :
