- Manage the financial & contractual of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc
- Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
- Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
- Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses& reporting, measurement etc
- Standardize all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy
- Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- Minimum1 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
- Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application.
- Preferably well versed in various form of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC.
- Preferably conversant in using CostX and/or Glodon Cubicost measurement software.
