Key Responsibilities
Lead overall facilities management operations to ensure safe, reliable and efficient building performance.
Serve as the appointed Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM), ensuring compliance with the Fire Safety Act, Fire Code, SCDF and statutory requirements.
Manage critical M&E, fire protection and building systems to minimise downtime and maintain operational readiness.
Develop and implement Fire Emergency Plans (FEP), Emergency Response Plans (ERP), fire drills and emergency preparedness programmes.
Lead technical teams, contractors and service providers to deliver safety, operational and contractual KPIs.
Oversee budgets, maintenance planning, procurement and cost optimisation.
Conduct technical and fire safety audits, risk assessments and incident investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
Registered Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) recognized by SCDF.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, technical operations and fire safety, with proven site leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of building M&E, fire protection systems, statutory compliance and facilities management practices.
Proven experience managing commercial, healthcare, industrial or mixed-use developments
