Job Summary
Responsible for hosting live-streaming sessions to promote company products while assisting with administrative, customer service and sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities – Live Host

• Host live sessions on TikTok, Instagram or other platforms (e-comm).
• Introduce and explain company products clearly and confidently.
• Engage with viewers, answer questions and encourage audience interaction.
• Promote products, campaigns, discounts and special offers during live sessions.
• Respond to customer enquiries and comments professionally.
• Achieve assigned live-streaming and sales targets.
• Prepare product information and talking points before each live session.
• Monitor live session performance and provide feedback to the marketing team.
• Stay updated with current social media and live-streaming trends.

Key Responsibilities – Admin

• Assist with daily administrative and marketing tasks.
• Maintain customer records, enquiries and order information.
• Assist in preparing reports, documents and marketing records.
• Coordinate product samples, promotional materials and campaign requirements.
• Assist the marketing team with scheduling and campaign coordination.
• Follow up on customer enquiries when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma; Marketing, Business or related qualification is an advantage.
• Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Customer service and sales experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
