• Serve as the technical interface between customers, test engineering teams, and manufacturing partners to ensure successful product qualification and production release.
• Lead product characterization, yield monitoring, and failure investigation activities to improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal engineering teams, foundries, and OSAT partners to resolve technical and production-related challenges.
• Generate and analyze engineering data, providing actionable insights to support yield enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Yield Engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing , with exposure to semiconductor test environments, ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest V93000) , data analysis tools, or yield management systems.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle, production release processes, yield analysis, and failure investigation for Digital, Mixed-Signal, and/or RF devices.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving; experience with statistical tools, yield management platforms, or automation/scripting.
