About the Role

Talent Bridge is looking for a proactive and organized Junior HR Assistant cum Training Coordinator to support recruitment, HR administration, and training sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to business growth through client and participant engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for recruitment and HR operations.
• Post job advertisements and coordinate with candidates.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with clients and candidates.
• Follow up with training enquiries and assist participants with registrations.
• Support training enrolment and recruitment sales activities.
• Prepare documents, maintain records, and update trackers.
• Assist with onboarding documents, invoicing, and general administration.
• Prepare simple reports on recruitment, interviews, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, sales support, telesales, recruitment, or HR.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a hybrid/work-from-home environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
