DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To conduct squaring and checking of taking-off quantities for production of Bills of

Quantities.

2. To conduct arithmetical check on tender pricing, evaluation for interim payment

certificate, final account statement etc.

3. To assist Senior Executive, Executive and Technical Assistant in the production of tender documents, printing and binding of documents.

4. To organize storage for printed materials, compilation and storage of drawings, documents etc.

5. To check tender and contract drawings and ensure they are in order.

To organize distribution of contract documents to consultant and client.

7. To involve in general office works.

REQUIREMENTS

1. SPM with minimum 1-year experience in related area.

2. Willing to work hard.

3. Able to understand and speak English is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
