Open Health Chapter (OHC) is a Malaysia-based medical device company focused on diagnostic technologies, laboratory equipment and point-of-care solutions. We work with international manufacturers and healthcare providers including clinics, hospitals and laboratories across Malaysia.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Medical Device Sales Executive to develop new business and expand OHC's customer base.

This is a hands-on field sales and business development role. We are particularly interested in candidates who already have experience and an established network within the Malaysian healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
• Approach hospitals, clinics, laboratories and relevant healthcare decision-makers.
• Use and further develop your existing professional network.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Maintain systematic follow-up and accurate CRM records.
• Identify tender and project opportunities.
• Provide market and competitor feedback to management.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven medical device, diagnostic, IVD or laboratory sales experience in Malaysia.
• Existing network within hospitals, clinics, laboratories or healthcare groups is highly desirable.
• Strong new-business development, prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Independent, proactive and results-oriented working style.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly.
• Relevant scientific, biomedical or healthcare education is advantageous, but proven sales performance and industry experience are more important.

Compensation

The position offers a basic salary plus an attractive performance-based commission and incentive structure, providing significant earning potential for strong sales performers.
