About Our Client

An organisation based in Singapore operating within the financial services industry.

Job Description

• Manage and maintain assigned applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and implement solutions.
• Oversee application updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes for reference and auditing.
• Support end-users by resolving queries related to application usage.
• Collaborate with vendors for third-party application support and enhancements.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in an Application Responsible is essential. This includes ownership of production systems, participation in incident/change management, and direct interface with business users or control functions.
• Sound understanding of solution architecture principles, including system context diagrams, integration models, and separation of concerns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices, including Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and release management. Agile-related certifications are a plus.
• familiarity with developing and supporting mobile applications for iOS and Android.
