Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Development Consultant to help organizations improve their people, processes, structures, and overall business effectiveness. The successful candidate will work with clients and internal stakeholders to assess organizational needs, develop practical solutions, and support change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, workflows, and workforce needs.
• Develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
• Support leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement programs.
• Conduct organizational assessments and analyze relevant business data.
• Design workshops, training programs, and development activities.
• Support organizational change and transformation projects.
• Prepare recommendations, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work closely with HR and management teams to implement improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project outcomes and recommend further improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in organizational development, HR consulting, change management, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable business tools.
